ALL Client information should be saved to the Client Matter within Partner.
If you save anything client related to your desktop you must remember to delete the same once it has been saved into Partner.
Do not keep anything client related in your own folders on the U drive or on your desktops - especially bundles and videos. Also Formshares - if you need to keep them save them to the Client Matter.
If you keep documents on your desktop this can slow your sessions down.
Emails – if client related, save to Partner and then delete from Outlook.
Again too many emails in your inbox can also slow your session down.
