Agendas are folders within a case matter history where you can save your letters/documents.
The default agendas on all matters are .CORRESPONDENCE/.ENCLOSURES/.POSTINGS
When Partner automatically creates a new matter it pulls through the default agendas mentioned above plus any more which are specific to that type of matter.
Please file all letters/documents in the correct agenda. This way it is much easier to find what you are looking for.
If you need to move a letter/document to a different agenda - right click on the item and select "Copy/Move" step choosing the correct agenda to save your item.
Please refer to the Office Manual on your desktop for any policies and procedures relating to agendas. Section 6 page 167.
