How do I access my Voicemails

In-office 

Voicemails can be checked/deleted and all settings changes by dialling 666 on any in-office phone then entering your extension number when asked for the mailbox.

(you might have a shortcut key on your phone. If so, you can use that instead of dialling 666). 

Remote Checking

To enable remote access, it needs a security code setting up but that can only be done from within the office

You can ring a Direct Dial on the system (any one) from an external or mobile phone and then:

1. When you hear the voicemail greeting, dial ## 
2. You will then be asked for the mailbox number
3. Enter your extension number and then follow the prompts from there.
