Users can easily add someone else's calendar but may not be able to view the content - i.e. it states that the diary entries are busy.
To enable the user to view someone's calendar carry out the following steps.
Click on the "Calendar Permissions" from the main toolbar right hand side.
Click the "ADD" button which allows you to select the user who needs access.
Find the user in the list and double click their name so that it goes into the field at the bottom, then click OK.
Once the new user has been added you can then change the “Permission Level” together with the “read” “write” “delete” and “other” options.
Click the “APPLY” button then “OK”.
The user who wanted to view your calendar should now be able to access the same.
