How to Book a Room

In Outlook go to Calendar (bottom left hand side):



From the Home tab click 'New Appointment':


You should then see the appointment screen. 



Select the "Invite Attendees" icon

Select a Start and End time


Subject - please add clients name and contact number



Select the location. You can use the room finder to help with this.


(If you don't see the room finder on the right hand side you can enable this feature in the meetings tab on the top toolbar)


Room Finder:


Select the office from the 'Show a room list' dropdown:


The system will then show available rooms for the start/end time you entered above:



Click on the room you would like to book. It will automatically update the location field.


Click on “To” - add Fee Earner


Also remember to add the Receptionist for the corresponding offices: 


Sharon Chance – Capstan House

Lynne Wills – Kingswinford

Julie Purcell – Dudley

Sarah Dunne - Worcester

Not required - Walsall


Notes:

Walsall: 

Room 1 is on the left. 

Room 2 is on the right.


Hot Desks:

Kingswinford:
Hot Desk 1 - Front Room
Hot Desk 2 - Back Room
Hot Desk 3 - Laptop Setup (Middle Room)
Hot Desk 4 - Requires Laptop (Back Room)

Worcester:
Hot Desk 1 - Downstairs
Hot Desk 2 - DownStairs
Hot Desk 3 - Kate's Desk
