Server Busy: Switch to Retry

Received the following error message?


FileMaker - Server Busy Error


Here’s how to fix it:


1. Click the start menu (bottom left) and type Task Manager.

2. Click on the following option:


 

Task Manager should then open.


3. If the window looks like the following you will need to select More Details:


 

4. Then find Microsoft Word (32 Bit): (You might need to look under background processes.)


 

5. Click on Microsoft Word and then End Task:


 

 6. Then click Retry:
