Set a fixed hourly rate on a matter

If you have a matter where ALL work must be recorded at one hourly rate, regardless of who does the work, and to override the standard charge out rate of any fee earner that posts time to the file:

1. Click into Matter Properties:

2. When in matter properties, click the Financial tab

3. Then enter the hourly rate to be charged, in the Charge rate field

4. Click OK
